Deanna, Don and I couldn't get together for the Ulcer century ride around Utah Lake, so we did it on our own. I did not have my biking shoe clips this day, so I was in constant keep-up mode to Don and Deanna...getting beat by a girl? No problem! I took it in stride. Going 100 miles with no clips...talk about a serious leg burn. My quadriceps were on fire, and talk about a serious sore rear end. Ouch!
