Lehi Round Up

Lehi Round Up 2011.  Nichole and I had to do 1 race together.  This was our first race together.  It was so fun.  We started out together.  I did the 10 K and she did the 5 K.  She ran with Brittany Begay and did a great job.  I was so proud of her to get out, because she doesn't have the best knees in the world.  I actually won the old-man group, the 35 and over group.  I came in with a 6:48 mile pace.  I was kind of upset with the track coordinators, though, because I missed a couple turns at the end because of not being marked out too well which probably added about 2 minutes to my time.  No big deal, but I could have finished with a little bit faster pace.  We tried to get Ethan to do it, but he did not want to
