February, 2017 - Brad goes to prom

Last year in February, Brad had Jake make a poster for him to ask Erika Roskelley to go to prom with him.  Erika was a good friend to Brad.  She is the one who helped Brad when at his lowest point when suffering with the psychotic brake.  She is the one who reported him to the counselor's office that he would possibly hurt himself and that she worried for him.  That was when we started to treat Brad for his mental health.  I remember calling Erika's dad, Wade, and thanking him and his wife for helping my son.  That was an emotional phone call.  But, I sincerely thanked him and Erika.  I remember thinking that she was like Brad's little savior!  Since Jake is so artistic, and Brad has very "limited" writing skills, Jake was asked to draw up the poster for Brad.  I don't know who's idea this was, but I thought it was super cute
